骆志国，男，汉族，1973年6月生，教授、主任医师、中共党员，博士研究生学历，硕士研究生导师。现任十堰市太和医院（湖北医药学院附属太和医院）肿瘤防治中心主任，肿瘤防治中心党支部书记。湖北省抗癌协会常务理事、湖北省抗癌协会肺癌专业委员会副主任委员、湖北省抗癌协会淋巴瘤专业委员会副主任委员、湖北省抗癌协会青年委员会副主任委员、十堰市抗癌协会理事长。湖北省“五四”青年奖章获得者、湖北医药学院教学园丁奖获得者。 主要从事肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗、研究与教学工作，主要研究方向为以放疗为中心的肿瘤综合治疗、肿瘤放射抗拒和化疗耐药的分子机制，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、湖北省卫生厅重点项目、湖北省教育厅青年人才项目等重大项目的课题研究。2011年，参与研究《褪黑素抗肿瘤血管生成作用》，获得十堰市科技进步一等奖（排名第三）。2015年，主持《胃癌侵袭与转移的机制及防治》研究，获得十堰市科技进步二等奖（排名第一）。2016年，主持《胃癌侵袭与转移的机制及防治》研究，获得湖北省科技进步三等奖（排名第一）。目前已在国内外期刊发表论文22篇，其中SCI论文14篇。Professor Zhiguo Luo, Ph.D., Branch Director, Department of Oncology, Taihe Hospital, Shiyan, Hubei, China.
